About The Position
This position is considered light full-time with a 4 day per week schedule, 1 weekend a month rotation and 1 holiday per year rotation. Benefit eligible. This position supports patients in Southgate, Brownstown, Flatrock, New Boston, Lambertville, Flatrock, Monroe, Maybee, Dundee, Deerfield, Taylor, Trenton, Woodhaven, and surrounding areas and is eligible for an $8,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required.
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
Responsibilities
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
- Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
- Self-manage time and schedule.
