Requirements
- Active CA Therapy License
- 1+ years of licensed experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transit
- Auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Recent physical exam (within 2 years)
- TB clearance
- Active EIN
- Business license/city tax certificate
Responsibilities
- Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments.
- Manage entire workload from anywhere using the all-in-one app.
- Complete documentation efficiently with auto-population features.
- Provide exceptional hands-on care.
