Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current, active Physical Therapist license in California
1–2 years of clinical experience
CPR certification
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to pass a negative TB test and other tests per agency policy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform the physical demands of fieldwork

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in their homes under physician-directed care plans
Apply therapeutic techniques to restore muscle strength, coordination, and body alignment
Help relieve pain and improve patients' functional movement
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support each patient's overall care
Travel to patient homes throughout the San Francisco area for field visits
