About The Position

The Opportunity Imagine practicing physical therapy the way you were trained to—one patient at a time, in the environment where recovery actually happens: their home. This home health PT role in San Francisco offers the kind of one-on-one patient relationships and clinical independence that's increasingly rare in high-volume clinic settings, backed by a salary of $150,000–$175,000 and paid relocation for candidates coming from outside the area. Why You'll Love This Role You'll evaluate and treat patients under physician orders, using a full range of therapeutic techniques to restore strength, coordination, and mobility—without the constraints of a packed clinic schedule. As part of an interdisciplinary care team, you'll have real input into each patient's recovery plan, not just a protocol to follow. And because this is a direct-hire position, you're stepping into a stable, long-term role rather than a short-term assignment.
