- Must cover one or more of the specified coverage areas in Los Angeles County.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home treatment services throughout Los Angeles County, CA.
- Practice home health in a flexible, low-stress environment.
- Have full control over their schedule.
- Accept or decline patients without pressure or penalties.
- Work as an independent contractor with full control over their patient care experience.
- Spend less time driving and more time caring for patients.
