Responsibilities

• Providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Assisting patients with exercises, therapeutic activities, and mobility strategies designed to improve strength, function, and independence.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary in collaboration with the PT.
• Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Traveling to patients' homes within a defined area.
