About The Position

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), available for both full-time and part-time positions. This role offers the opportunity for one-on-one patient interaction and the flexibility to build a caseload that suits your lifestyle. The agency has been a part of the community since 1999, is locally owned, Veteran and nurse owned, and holds a 4.5-star CMS rating. The therapy team focuses on providing dedicated care in patients' homes, emphasizing relationship-based patient care. The service area includes Oklahoma City and surrounding areas such as Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard.

Requirements

• Active PTA license in Oklahoma
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• A genuine passion for one-on-one, relationship-based patient care
• Open to full time or part time

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome PTAs from outpatient, SNF, or inpatient backgrounds who are ready for a change of pace

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment in patients' homes under the direction of the supervising PT
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence in their own homes
• Document treatment progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Build genuine relationships with patients over the course of their care
• Manage your own daily schedule and route across your caseload
