About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide overnight care for a male client in Dallas. This is a full-time, long-term assignment with consistent overnight hours, offering a great opportunity for a CNA who enjoys one-on-one patient care and values building meaningful relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Active Texas CNA certification
• Dependable and comfortable working consistent overnight shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support throughout the night
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Follow the client's individualized care plan
• Accurately document care provided
