About The Position
Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking experienced, compassionate, and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join their growing pediatric team. The Intake Team builds caseloads near the employee's home to minimize drive time and maximize patient interaction time. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed OT in a supportive, collaborative environment, focusing on helping children grow, develop, and succeed. The role involves working with children aged 0-21 with various diagnoses in their homes.
Requirements
- Active COTA certification and valid Texas state license
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Energetic, patient-centered professional comfortable working in home settings

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Engage pediatric patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to promote participation and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
