Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Current Nevada OT license
Nice To Haves
- Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional status and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills
- Assess home environments and recommend modifications for safety and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
