About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join its home health care team in Castroville, Texas. The therapist partners with patients in their homes to support recovery, help restore mobility and functional abilities, promote independence, and improve quality of life. The role includes providing skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage, promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a variety of patient personalities effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
- Educate patients and families on techniques that support recovery and independence.
