We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist to serve patients in Sterling and surrounding areas, helping individuals regain independence and safely perform daily activities in their home environment.
Requirements
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Reliable transportation

- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform in-home occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs/IADLs and independence
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility, and adaptive techniques
- Recommend and train on adaptive equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document progress and outcomes
