About The Position
PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Occupational Therapists to care for the needs of our clients. We have immediate openings for Occupational Therapists who can provide high-quality care for our community's most vulnerable.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist by the state
- Must have at least one-year clinical experience
- Must be able to travel to prospective patient's place of residence
Responsibilities
- Administers and writes evaluations of assigned patients in accordance with agency policy and procedures
- Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports
- Checks in on Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants after every 4-6 patient visits
