Requirements

• Must be an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Must be a contractor.
• Must be able to provide in-home treatment services.
• Must have full control over patient care experience.
• Must be able to use a web-based documentation system.
• Must be able to use a secure messaging app for direct communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home treatment services throughout San Diego County, CA.
• Practice home health in a flexible, low-stress environment.
• Have full control over their schedule.
• Accept or decline patients without pressure or penalties.
• Work as an independent contractor with full control over their patient care experience.
• Utilize a user-friendly, web-based documentation system.
• Use a secure messaging app for direct communication with office staff, case managers, and other clinicians.
• Spend less time driving and more time caring for patients.
