About The Position

Gallagher Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide personalized care to patients in their homes across New Kensington/ Lower Burrell and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on your patients’ quality of life.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• A valid PA driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle for travel.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to home health patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments, fine motor, sensory-motor, developmental delays, traumatic injuries, and swallowing disorders.
