Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy since 2012. With a focus on personalized, in-home care, we are committed to assisting those who have dedicated their careers to these vital roles. We are seeking a compassionate skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Jarales, NM to provide patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. The patient requires 2 hours of WEEKLY care, Monday and Friday Mid Afternoon (2:00pm preferred). Once patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, allowing our caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come. In this role, you will advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to deliver the care they need. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
Requirements
