Home Health Nurse Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in a home care environment. Record patient histories, perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and develop patient home care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Perform examinations and prescribed procedures, operating in monitoring medical equipment as necessary. Observe patients progress and record observations in patient medical records. Promotes Patient independence by teaching Patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Requirements
- Requires an active RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
