About The Position

Responsibilities include visiting the mature adult in their residence to provide education and hands on skilled care as directed by a multidiscipline plan of care. The incumbent demonstrates competency in patient care for neonate, pediatric, adult, geriatric and thanatology patients. Requirements

  • One (1) year home health nursing (LVN or RN) experience in the past five (5) years.
  • Current California RN license and a current BLS card from the American Heart Association.
  • Current driver's license. If out of state license, consistent with CA DMV regulations, must obtain CA driver's license within the first 30 days of employment
  • Current possession of automobile insurance and access to an operating motor vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year in an acute care setting or ICU nursing experience in the past five (5) years.
  • BSN degree
  • Public Health certificate
