As a fast-growing, leading provider, we proudly serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. We are seeking a compassionate skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in L, NM to provide patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. The patient requires 8 hours of MONTHLY care, 4 hours two Wednesdays of the month; Mid-Morning (10:00am). Once patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, allowing our caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come. In this role, you will advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to deliver the care they need. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
Requirements
