About The Position

Kindred Place at Annville is seeking a Home Health Nurse (RN) to support two independent living communities. The position is primarily based at the Annville location, with occasional assignments at the Harrisburg location. It offers home health nursing without requiring travel by car between patients’ homes.

This position is 52.5–75.0 hours per two-week pay period. The schedule is Monday through Friday, typically consisting of six-hour days or ten workdays per pay period. Hours may fluctuate depending on client needs.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license.
• Keen assessment skills.
• Comfort with computer documentation.
• Confidence and enjoyment working autonomously.
• Ability to self-direct.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Resourcefulness in determining how to maintain a client in the home environment.
• Commitment to maintaining clients in their own homes.
• Ability to develop professional Plans of Care for clients and Home Health Aides.
• Capability to supervise subordinates.
