As a Per Diem Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) you can bring your knowledge and desire for autonomy to provide the mature adult with the treatment and education to reach maximum wellness and the ability to manage the care in the home. Responsibilities include visiting the mature adult in their residence to provide education and hands on skilled care as directed by a multidiscipline plan of care. The incumbent demonstrates competency in patient care for neonate, pediatric, adult, geriatric and thanatology patients. Requirements
- One (1) year home health nursing (LVN or RN) experience in the past five (5) years.
- Current California RN license and a current BLS card from the American Heart Association.
- Current driver's license.
- If out of state license, consistent with CA DMV regulations, must obtain a CA driver's license within the first 30 days of employment.
- Current possession of automobile insurance and access to an operating motor vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year in an acute care setting or ICU nursing experience in the past five (5) years.
- BSN degree.
- Public Health certificate.
