About The Position
Centria Healthcare is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill urgent night shift openings for private duty nursing in the Clio and Flint areas. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, direct impact in a single client's home. We specialize in complex pediatric care and catastrophic injury services, making a real impact through one-on-one care.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Home care or private duty experience preferred
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
