About The Position

Kindred Place at Harrisburg is seeking a Home Health Nurse (RN) to support two independent living communities. The position is primarily based at the Harrisburg location, with occasional assignments at the Annville location. It offers home health nursing without travel by car between patients’ homes.

The position is 52.5–75.0 hours per two-week pay period, typically scheduled Monday through Friday for six-hour days or ten days per pay period. Hours may fluctuate based on client needs.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license.
• Keen assessment skills.
• Comfort with computer documentation.
• Confidence and enjoyment in working autonomously; ability to self-direct.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Resourcefulness in determining how to maintain a client in the home environment.
• Commitment to maintaining clients in their own homes.
• Capability to develop professional Plans of Care for clients and Home Health Aides.
• Capability to supervise subordinates.
