Join us become a part of our family and the families you care for. Family First Homecare is hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric home health in Broward County / Fort Lauderdale . If you want consistent hours, supportive clinical backup, and meaningful work with kids—apply today. $25–$40/hr (based on license, experience, and case acuity) 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Days and nights available 1:1 care in the home (no facility ratios) Paid orientation + patient-specific training Ongoing clinical/management support (you’re not on your own) Stable cases + relationship-based care Opportunities for higher-acuity pediatric experience (if desired) You may see skills like: G-tube / enteral feeds Trach care (vent experience a plus, not required for every case) Seizure care Medication administration, assessments, documentation Family First HomeCare, LLC is an Equal Opportunity employer. Requirements

Active RN or LPN license (Florida)
1+ year nursing experience preferred
Current CPR/BLS
Able to pass background + onboarding requirements
The ability to read and communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to lift up to thirty five pounds (35) pounds without an assisted lifting device.
