About The Position
RN Home Health Nurse - FT / Float Now hiring a full-time Float Nurse at Care IV Home Health! The RN Float Nurse is a Registered Nurse who provides skilled nursing and case management to Care IV Home Health's patients in the comfort of their homes. Our Float Nurse works full-time and floats, as needed, between our branch locations within the state of Arkansas. Branch locations include Little Rock, Fayetteville, Hot Springs, and Russellville AR. Requirements
- Registered Nurses (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Excellent clinical nursing skills with at least one year of Home Health experience
- Willingness & ability to work in any of our Care IV Home Health branch territory locations as assigned
- A COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
Responsibilities
- Travel anywhere within Care IV Home Health's Arkansas service area, as assigned by the company
- Patient teaching
- Medication administration
- Wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs
- Post-surgical care
- Skilled nursing care / direct patient care
- Patient follow-up
- OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
- Additional duties as assigned
