About The Position

Amcare Pro Home Health is a rapidly growing home health agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Home Health Marketer / Sales Liaison to expand our presence in the Fort Worth market and surrounding communities. The Sales Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare sales.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Medicare and home health referral processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, healthcare marketing, or medical sales
Established relationships in Fort Worth area

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong referral relationships within assigned territory (Denton and surrounding areas)
Generate qualified home health admissions (Medicare/Episodic and Non-Episodic)
Conduct daily field visits to physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
Track and manage all activities through CRM (daily call logs required)
Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and performance goals
Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach initiatives
