About The Position

BrightStar Care of Frisco/Carrollton is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with home health experience to provide exceptional care for a client needing 4–6 days per week, 5–6 hours per day. This role offers a meaningful position with consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care for a client needing 4–6 days per week, 5–6 hours per day.
• Provide individualized nursing care based on a detailed plan of care.
• Complete documentation during the visit using electronic charting.
