About The Position
Home Health LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Columbia River Home Health Join a growing team at Columbia River Home Health, where people and culture come first! We are hiring a Home Health LPN to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
Requirements
- Current WA LPN license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Nice To Haves
- Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in home settings (wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management)
- Perform assessments, evaluations, and skilled observation
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with healthcare team for cohesive care
