About The Position

Join us for a ride-along with a seasoned nurse and experience it firsthand. Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management). Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation. Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with healthcare providers and the interdisciplinary team. See an average of 5–6 patients per day.
Requirements
- Current Washington State LPN license (or eligible before your first day)
- Confidence to work independently and apply strong clinical judgment
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
Nice To Haves
- Prior home health or hospice experience preferred
