About The Position

At Residential Home Health and Hospice (‘Residential’), we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. This position supports patients in Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

Requirements

  • LPN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • Two years of LPN Experience
  • Current driver’s license
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
