Requirements
- You will have an active LPN license in the state in which you will practice.
Responsibilities
- To coordinate the provision of home health care services to assigned patients that reflect the Agency's mission and standards.
- To ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services.
- To ensure that nursing care services are provided in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- To demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Home Health Agency.
