About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse (RN) to join their team and provide personalized, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes throughout the DFW area. This role is for individuals passionate about skilled nursing, infusion therapy, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of their patients.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Texas RN license
• Wound care experience required
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health or a clinical setting
• Availability Saturdays and on-call Sundays
• Availability at least 1 weekday
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• TB test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective infusion therapy and skilled nursing services
• Implement individualized care plans using strong clinical judgment
• Accurately document patient care using electronic health records
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home environments
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
