This is an excellent opportunity for a proven healthcare sales professional with local market knowledge, established referral relationships and a strong track record of building census through outside referral development. Home health sales experience is highly preferred. Hospice, senior living, post-acute, hospital, physician referral development or related healthcare sales experience may also be considered. Candidates must be local to the market and able to speak specifically to prior sales activity, referral development success and measurable performance. The Business Development Sales Executive is responsible for developing new referral sources, maintaining strong referral relationships and consistently promoting the agency in the local market.
