About The Position
Direct clinical nursing services in client’s home/residence or facility, including but not limited to IV therapy, venipuncture, wound cares and wound vac, Hospice, coordination of care between MD, facility, patient/family and rehab. Will take weekday and weekend call on rotating schedule. Must be able to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, team-oriented with previous nursing experience needed.

- BSN or willing to obtain
- NE RN license or Compact license
- BLS
- Able to drive own vehicle with valid driver's license and car insurance
