About The Position
Nurses Network by Quality Home Health Care is seeking Arizona-licensed Certified Nurses Assistants (CNAs) to perform Home Health visits. The CNA will provide bathing and ADL assistance to clients in their homes, adhering to Medicare, Arizona, and Federal regulations. This role contributes to care coordination and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. The company is a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency committed to providing high-quality care in patients' homes.
Requirements
- Arizona CNA License.
- Arizona Driver’s License.
- Vehicle to travel to the patient location and proof of auto insurance.
- Level-one Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- TB test and clearance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to perform job description and work without restrictions.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 6 months of experience; recent experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Performs Bathing and ADL assistance to clients in their homes in accordance with Medicare, Arizona, and Federal regulations and guidelines.
- Contributes and participates in care coordination and patient-centered care as a part of an interdisciplinary clinical care team of nurses, therapists, CNA's and MSW's.
