At Elara Caring, our PRN CNAs step in where they’re needed most—covering visits, supporting patients at home, and delivering high-quality care on a schedule that works for them. Per diem / as-needed visits. You choose your availability; can work 2 hours or 8 hours. Ideal for CNAs wanting flexibility, variety, or supplemental hours. Work independently in the field while staying connected to a clinical team.
Requirements
- Active CNA or Home Health Aide certification
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communication and reliability
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care in patients’ homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
- Take and report vital signs
- Observe and communicate changes in patient condition
- Help maintain a safe, clean home environment
- Follow the established plan of care under RN direction
