Home Health Clinical Supervisor
About The Position
This position is for a Home Health Clinical Supervisor at the 2550 Charles St Clinic. The role is 100% FTE, full-time, working Monday-Friday, with alternating on-call weekends. Additional compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Required
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. Required
- Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
- Physical or Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
