About The Position
Huckeye Health Staffing is seeking two experienced Home Health Clinical Nurses (RNs) for full-time assignments in Newport Beach, California. This role involves providing direct nursing care to patients in their homes, completing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and developing/updating individualized care plans. The position requires travel for home visits and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted California RN license.
- Minimum of two years of acute-care nursing experience.
- Previous home health nursing experience is required.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
- Home Health and Hospice setting
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
