About The Position
Puget Sound Hospice and Home Health is hiring in the greater Thurston, Grays Harbor, and Mason County, Washington area! Locations: Tumwater, WA Organization: Puget Sound Home Health We're seeking a dedicated Home Health Clinical Manager for our Tumwater office. This role requires experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency (OASIS trained).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience
- At least 1 year of home health/hospice experience with OASIS training
- BSN degree preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Washington state license
- Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
- Licensed and insured driver
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with home health/hospice laws and regulations
- Review referrals and manage assignments
- Oversee patient charts and clinical courses
- Assist with staff training, hiring, and mentoring
- Participate in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow
- Some direct patient care and on-call duties required
