The Clinical Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for supporting clinical operations, mentoring field clinicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality patient outcomes. This position provides a unique blend of leadership, clinical oversight, quality management, and operational support while maintaining close collaboration with physicians, referral sources, field clinicians, and agency leadership. The role offers flexibility through a hybrid structure that combines office-based leadership responsibilities, field support, and remote work.

Requirements

  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Home Health experience
  • OASIS experience
  • Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs)
  • Knowledge of PDGM regulations and reimbursement models
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Clinical management or supervisory experience
  • Director of Nursing, Clinical Supervisor, or Team Lead experience
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • QAPI and regulatory compliance experience

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support nurses, therapists, and home health aides
  • Provide clinical guidance and decision support to field staff
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development of clinicians
  • Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Serve as a resource for complex clinical situations
  • Monitor patient outcomes and quality indicators
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs)
  • Support PDGM compliance and reimbursement optimization
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
  • Conduct audits and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Assist with clinical scheduling and productivity management
  • Support physician communication and care coordination
  • Collaborate with referral sources and healthcare partners
  • Address patient concerns and service recovery opportunities
  • Assist leadership with strategic clinical initiatives and agency growth
