Requirements

  • Licensed healthcare professional required (e.g., Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Occupational Therapist) with current, active licensure in good standing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional credential/experience)
  • Minimum of five (5) plus years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and performance management, with the ability to develop and support high-performing teams.
  • Proven leadership skills, including experience driving practice improvement initiatives and fostering continuous quality enhancement.
  • Strong ability to delegate effectively and empower team members, promoting accountability and a culture of ownership.
  • Communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in home health or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of home health clinical services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure ongoing staff education, competency, and completion of annual performance evaluations following onboarding.
  • Provide strong leadership to establish and promote high standards of patient care, ensuring quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and maintain a qualified, well-organized clinical team capable of meeting patient care needs.
  • Manage clinical capacity and ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
  • Develop and implement staffing plans that reflect patient care demands and organizational goals.
  • Supervise care delivery to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with patient and family needs.
  • Monitor adherence to care expectations, quality initiatives, and clinical program standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and staff through individual and group engagement to support performance and service outcomes.
  • Consult and coordinate with physicians and approved healthcare providers regarding patient care services.
  • Develop, mentor, and oversee Clinical Supervisors to strengthen leadership within the organization.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring efforts to support organizational growth and staffing capacity.
