About The Position
Acts Home Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the position of Clinical Director for our Medicare Certified home health agency. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of all agency team members and patient care services. Responsible for overseeing the referral/intake process and coordination of resident care among disciplines. Consults, plans, and works with Administrator in policy development and review, program development and implementation, and assessing adequate and appropriate staffing.
Requirements
- Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of one year' home health supervisory experience
- Prior knowledge and experience with Medicare/Oasis
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
Responsibilities
