About The Position
Omni Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) contractor to provide in-home treatment services throughout Ventura County, CA. This opportunity is ideal for therapists looking to practice home health in a flexible, low-stress environment with full control over their schedule. Omni Therapy has been providing in-home therapy services across Southern California for over 15 years.
Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Contractor status
- Ability to provide in-home treatment services throughout Ventura County, CA.
- Ability to cover one or more of the specified coverage areas (Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Ojai, Newbury Park, Westlake Village).
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home treatment services throughout Ventura County, CA.
- Practice home health in a flexible, low-stress environment.
- Have full control over their schedule.
- Accept or decline patients without pressure or penalties.
- Utilize a user-friendly, web-based documentation system.
- Use a secure messaging app for direct communication with office staff, case managers, and other clinicians.
- Spend less time driving and more time caring for patients.
