Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Illinois.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to adapt to client needs and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Provide client-focused therapy under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Implement treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve daily living skills.
- Offer education and guidance to clients and their families.
- Track progress and report updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of your work.
