The Home Health Department at The Cypress of Hilton Head is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • Active CNA certification
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
  • Currently licensed in SC and must maintain an active license while employed
  • 1-year nursing experience
  • CPR Certificate

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate personal care to clients in their homes
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility
  • Support clients with compassionate and emotional encouragement
  • Observe and report changes in client condition to the Nurse Case Managers
  • Help create a safe, comfortable and dignified home environment
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
  • Promote and protect member’s rights, assist members to make informed decisions, treat members with dignity and respect, protect members’ personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect, support independent expression, choice and decision-making consistent with applicable law, regulation and member rights.
