Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Experience in home care
• Experience in private-duty care
• Experience as a Caregiving CNA
• Experience as a HHA
• Experience in other professional caregiving settings
• Previous experience is valued but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with walking, mobility, and everyday routines
• Encouraging clients to remain active and engaged
• Providing reminders and general support throughout the day
• Following individualized care plans and client instructions
• Communicating changes, concerns, or important updates to the office
• Accurately documenting care and services provided
