About The Position

The Business Development Liaison develops new patient referral sources, maintains relationships with those sources, and promotes Capitol Home Health throughout the healthcare community. The role is responsible for growing and maintaining a pipeline of patient referral sources to consistently increase the agency’s overall patient census. The territory is San Antonio, Texas, and the position is expected to be 95% field-based.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five or more years of experience working in a related field and position.
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to utilize local and corporate resources in carrying out job responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and iPhone.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to perform work that is 95% field-based.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience as a Business Development Liaison or marketer in a related field or company.
• Knowledge of Trello CRM and WellSky/Kinnser software.
