Job Description: Home Health Branch Director (RN) – Bloomington, IN 💰 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Lead the team. Drive outcomes. Make an impact. As a Branch Director , you will lead clinical and operational performance while building a strong, patient-focused team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to grow a branch, support clinicians, and improve patient outcomes in home health.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field
• Home Health leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• Experience with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)
• Valid licensure as required
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations
• Lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
• Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
• Manage staffing, productivity, and branch performance
• Maintain compliance with Medicare and state regulations
• Monitor documentation, billing, and reimbursement processes
• Partner with leadership on growth and performance initiatives
