About The Position

Assisted Living facility in Marlborough is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate (PCAs), CNA’s and HHA’s to provide exceptional care to our senior residents. We are currently hiring full-time, part-time and per diem staff. We believe our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. Requirements

Current PCA, CNA, HHA Certification is required.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a CORI/background check.

Nice To Haves

Previous elder care experience is preferred.
Current CPR certification is preferred.
Reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Medication reminders and assistance.
Observe and report changes in a client’s condition.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Deliver compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.
