About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide personal care and related services to Residents in their home. This role involves companionship, assistance with grooming and bathing, meal preparation, and housekeeping, all while following a plan of care under the supervision of the RN. The position offers a short four-hour shift with the requirement of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• Must understand basics of personal care, housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Requires completion of 75 hours of training with includes an introduction to personal care services.
• Current First Aid, CPR / AED certification.
• Must possess a valid driver's license if applicable.
• Requires compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
