About The Position
EmmUcare Home Health is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to clients in Carbondale PA and surrounding areas. The company emphasizes a "Care Centered Around You" philosophy, aiming to support, respect, and appreciate their caregivers. They offer flexible scheduling to accommodate individual availability, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment. Caregivers will provide direct care in clients' homes, build meaningful relationships, and be supported by a dedicated office and scheduling team. Multiple client assignments may be available depending on the caregiver's availability and travel area. The pay rate for qualifying immediate client openings is $15–$17 per hour.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Able to follow an individualized client care plan
- Willing to complete required onboarding and training
- Able to complete a two-step TB test, T-SPOT, or qualifying chest X-ray within one week of hire
- In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel to client homes within their agreed-upon service area

- Availability for current client openings may provide access to additional hours and qualifying special-rate assignments.
